Return & Refund Policy

We offer a no hassle 5 days return or exchange. If the goods you receive are faulty or different from those you ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as reasonably possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Refunds will be given by the same method as that used to pay. In the event of an exchange for a different item, any balance to pay by you or due to you will be made by the same method as your original payment. You are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your control.

If you are unhappy with an item you receive, simply call us within 5 days of receipt and ask for a return authorization number.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number printed on the receipt.

If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately.

For such change of mind refunds, we are not liable for the cost of your postage or any other additional costs you incur.

Although we do our best to ensure that our pictures and descriptions explain our products as clearly as possible, sometimes you may find that when your jewellery arrives it's not quite as you expected, or you may have simply changed your mind.

Don't worry - we have a 5 day change of mind guarantee on all our products.

You need to provide item(s) that it is returned in original, new, resell-able condition.
